What does a Cooking Day entail?
The Cooking Days are organized weekly at different community centres or day‑care facilities and last approximately 2–3 hours. Volunteers are expected to arrive at the designated start time, where they are warmly welcomed and briefed on the process. Together with the elderly participants, volunteers prepare a fresh soup, play board games, and keep the seniors company through conversation. Detailed information will be provided a few days before the activity.
