Stichting Thuis in Welzijn zoekt een proactieve projectleider om Thuishuisprojecten op te zetten en uit te bouwen, gericht op het verminderen van eenzaamheid onder ouderen. Je werkt met gemeenten, vrijwilligersorganisaties en woningcorporaties en coördineert lokale initiatieven vanuit huis en op projectlocaties in de Randstad.
De functie vereist HBO-werk- en denkniveau en empathische, verbindende vaardigheden.
