Leger des Heils in Hilversum zoekt een jobcoach om Oekraïense vluchtelingen te begeleiden richting passend werk in Nederland. Je werkt met bewoners individueel en in groepsverband en verzorgt sollicitatietrainingen, cv- en motivatiebriefondersteuning, en workshops.
Je bouwt actief contacten op met werkgevers en uitzendbureaus en begeleidt stap voor stap naar werkervaring. Vaardigheden in Engels en Nederlands zijn vereist; kennis Oekraïens/Russisch is een plus.
