For the Sales division of Henkel Consumer Brands, we are currently looking for a:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER E-COMMERCE
PositionThe Key Account Manager E-commerce is responsible for achieving profitable sales with all pure player customer accounts and working with leading brands such as Witte Reus, Syoss, and Schwarzkopf within FMCG. You will report directly to the Group Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and agree on annual joint business plans aligning Henkel objectives with those of the customer;
- Manage P&L at the customer level, focusing on KPIs: turnover, profit, and market share;
- Build and execute a winning E-commerce strategy aligned with overall sales and marketing priorities;
- Negotiate annual investments and counter performances, seeking win-win situations;
- Monitor customer performance and proactively adjust plans accordingly;
- Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders (demand planners, customer service);
- Establish and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with key accounts.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- Relevant experience, preferably within FMCG;
- Experience working with online customers or omni-channel retailers is a plus;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
