Channel Account Manager Benelux
Are you an entrepreneurial, structured, and resilient professional looking to take ownership of channel growth? We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our growing Benelux team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our business partners, driving revenue and growth across all verticals. You will take ownership of a portfolio featuring approximately 10 main partner accounts alongside 20-25 smaller accounts, balancing strategic relationship management with proactive business development.
Whether you are an experienced Account Manager or a motivated candidate with a strong commercial mindset, this position offers a unique selling point: true entrepreneurial ownership and freedom, backed by the stability and resources of a corporate environment.
It is a highly flexible, hybrid role where you will balance your time between collaborating with the team in the Utrecht office (attending 2 to 3 days a week) and travelling to meet with clients and partners. You can expect to spend approximately 50% of your time on the road, with travel primarily focused within the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our business partners across the region.
Lead revenue generation and partner growth initiatives, actively involving yourself in strategic planning and partner marketing efforts.
Proactively nurture and develop smaller partners while identifying and creating new partnerships to expand our channel footprint.
Manage forecasting and ensure partner compliance accurately using Salesforce.
Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly flexible, fast-paced environment, ensuring top priorities are met.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Channel Account Manager or Account Manager is preferred, but not required. We are highly open to candidates with various backgrounds who display the right motivation, attitude, and drive.
An educational background in economics, sales, marketing, or a similar commercial discipline is preferred.
You are a dedicated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are structured, highly capable of prioritising tasks, and resilient when navigating high-pressure or fast-moving situations.
Fluency in Dutch and English is strictly required. Proficiency in French is a strong advantage (particularly for managing Belgian accounts).
Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 67% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
