As Technical Account Manager Applied or Service Sales, you will be responsible for pursuing opportunities for quick turn projects to keep our customers up and running.

Job responsibilities:
Proactively identify, respond to, and win Repair opportunities to include; follow up on technician work, outbound prospecting on current customer base, and work with the product management team to realize new proactive upgrade opportunities.
Grow assigned territory or group of accounts through the sales of Carrier's Repair offerings, and teaming with other salespeople responsible for Service Agreements, Controls, & Modernizations to deliver top tier value for our customers.
Manage accounts and develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer via consultative sales methods
Create Account/Territory plans annual sales, and gross margin targets while providing customers with superior value and service
Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity within accounts
Manage a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities at each stage including qualification, proposal, quote management, and booking of the work
Execute customer campaigns and key initiatives in line with the Product and Marketing teams
Coordinate repair work by working directly with service management on turning over the won opportunities and getting work booked for the customer
Basic Qualifications
2+ years HVAC or Consultive Service sales experience preferred
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
Pay Range:
€57.500,00 - €
