We are now ready to grow our footprint in European sports even further, and we are looking for someone to help us make that happen.

The Role
We're looking for a Pro Sports Account Manager who understands the business of sports, loves building relationships, and can confidently run the full sales cycle from first outreach to closing the deal.

You will drive our sports growth across Europe by opening new markets, building long‑term partnerships, and managing all inbound opportunities from the EMEA region. You will work directly with clubs, leagues, federations, and agencies to deliver immersive fan experiences at high‑impact events.

This is a role with ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to influence how we scale the sports vertical.

What You’ll Do

Drive new business development across Europe

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, solution design, negotiating, and closing

Build and grow relationships with clubs, leagues, federations, rights‑holders, and agencies

Qualify and convert inbound leads from across EMEA

Work with Sales, Production, and Creative teams to bring immersive fan moments to life

Contribute to strategy and help shape our direction in sports

Who You Are

2+ years of B2B sales experience

A proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue targets

Experience in sports, live events, entertainment, sponsorship, or fan engagement

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Confident negotiator with strong autonomy and ownership

Passionate about live events and the fan experience

Fluent in English

Bonus if you speak German and or French

Even better if you already have a network in European sports

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hub Spot or Salesforce

Nice-to-Haves

Understanding of live event production workflows
