Sales Manager – Wound Care Netherlands
Why This Role Matters
This is a leadership role with real influence. As Sales Manager for the Netherlands, you will lead a team of sales professionals responsible for driving growth across our Wound Care business. You will play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, developing talent, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable business performance in one of our important markets.

You will also be a member of the Benelux Leadership Team, contributing to wider business decisions and collaborating closely with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Commercial Excellence and Business Development.

Key Contributions

Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals across the Netherlands

Create a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability

Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders and opinion leaders across the healthcare sector

Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging trends to support future growth

Drive commercial excellence, sales effectiveness and consistent execution across the team

Partner closely with Marketing, Finance and Business Development to optimise business performance

Lead pricing and commercial decisions in line with local and global business objectives

Contribute actively to the Benelux Leadership Team and broader regional initiatives

What You Bring
We’re looking for an experienced commercial leader who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and enjoys building high‑performing teams.

Proven experience leading sales teams within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences or a related industry

Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, challenge and develop teams

Demonstrated success delivering commercial growth and business results

Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and customer relationships

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability

Experience working with tenders, procurement processes and healthcare customers

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Ability to work independently and make sound commercial decisions

Fluent Dutch and English

Nice to Have

Experience with in wound care or adjacent healthcare markets

Knowledge of hospital funding, healthcare economics or reimbursement environments

Experience operating within an international matrix organisation
