Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long‑term, trusted partnerships.
What you’ll do:
Engage, discover & drive results :
Grow key accounts through upsell, cross‑sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.
Articulate Value :
Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.
Execute the Sales Process :
Lead complex sales cycles end‑to‑end, securing strategic wins and fostering long‑term partnerships.
Learn & collaborate :
Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.
Hunt & Prospect :
Build a strong, future‑ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel, as required, to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
Qualifications
Experience that counts : 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution‑based sales, account management, or customer‑facing roles with a track record of success in an aligned territory.
Strategic mindset :
Curiosity, collaboration, adaptability: you’re open to learning and comfortable navigating change.
Consultative approach :
Experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long‑term value creation.
Strong communicator :
You are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs.
Domain knowledge :
Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus. Business level proficiency in English and Dutch is a must.
