As Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cost Perform, you play a key role in creating new commercial opportunities and building the early stages of our enterprise sales pipeline.

This is not a high-volume call‑center role. You will have real conversations with senior professionals at complex organisations and determine whether there is a meaningful fit before opportunities move forward. You work closely with Sales and Marketing and are often the first human interaction prospects have with Cost Perform.

With 90% of leads currently driven by marketing and events, this role is key to unlocking a large, largely untapped outbound growth opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead qualification & first conversations

Conduct outbound and inbound discovery conversations with potential customers

Qualify leads based on fit, urgency, and relevance

Ask the right questions and know when to stop pushing

Pipeline creation

Convert qualified conversations into meaningful meetings for Sales

Work with clear criteria on what constitutes a “good” meeting

Ensure quality over quantity in pipeline development

Collaboration & learning

Work closely with Sales and Marketing on messaging and targeting

Learn how enterprise buying processes work in practice

Gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows

Process & improvement

Work with structured sales processes, scripts, and tooling (Hub Spot)

Help improve messaging, outreach, and qualification based on feedback

Use data and insights to continuously improve your approach

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is smart, curious, and commercially minded, and who wants to grow within B2B sales.

You likely bring:

1–3 years experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or a similar commercial role

Strong spoken and written English (you will speak with international prospects daily)

Confidence to hold conversations, ask questions, and think on your feet

Affinity with tech, data, or complex products

You are:

Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations

Sharp enough to understand when a prospect is not a good fit

Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback

Structured and disciplined in how you work

Ambitious, but patient enough to build real skill
