New Business Account Executive

We’re looking for a driven New Business Account Executive to be the engine behind our new revenue growth. Hunting business with building managers and bringing new partners

You work within an indirect sales model, closing deals while keeping the partner ecosystem healthy. You do this with energy, integrity, and a sharp commercial instinct. All in service of a meaningful cause: making drinking water safe

Generate new business with building managers through cold outbound (calls, email, Linked In) and partner/internal referrals

Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → close

Take full ownership of your personal pipeline and ARR target

Close deals within the indirect model, always involving and respecting partners. Partner erosion is never rewarded

What this role is not:
This is a pure hunting role. Not partner management, not onboarding, not customer support. Once a deal is handed to Customer Success, you’re already onto the next one

Experience with indirect / partner sales models is a strong plus

Proven B2B new business sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech

Comfortable with cold outbound and building a pipeline from zero
