The job holder is part of the eCommerce Benelux team.
As our eCommerce Account Manager, you will hold a dual strategic role with a heavy focus on driving our Dutch marketplace business (, Amazon), while also managing our Belgian eGrocery portfolio (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour).
Responsibilities
Marketplace Acceleration:
Define, implement, and scale our marketplace strategy for and Amazon. Deliver on (net) revenue & volume targets.
Strategic Partnerships:
Negotiate, develop and manage joint business plans (JBPs) with key partners and Belgian omnichannel retailers to deliver (net) revenue, volume, and market share targets.
Commercial Performance & Visibility:
Optimize the digital shelf and end-to-end customer journey. Lead promotional strategies, online activations, and product launches.
Retail Media & Demand Generation:
Drive "always-on" demand generation in close collaboration with Retail Media Networks, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROAS, share of voice, and budget efficiency.
Data-Driven Insights:
Continuously monitor and analyze KPIs (revenue, share, perfect digital shelf), translating raw data into actionable commercial initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: act as a digital champion within the organization to enable integrated omnichannel execution and strong business results.
Qualifications
Masters Degree
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Dutch)
>5 years of commercial experience of which >2 in the field of eCommerce.
Solid digital trading experience, understanding the commercial levers that drive performance
Being able to partner internally and externally. Experience in managing customer relationships
Entrepreneurial: sees trends and opportunities. Thinks outside of existing routes and limitations
Strong analytical and influencing skills
Experience with platforms and systems (e.g. digital shelf monitoring, power BI)
