General Purpose of the Job  Take a leadership role in proactively developing and winning new business for Manhattan Associates in Scandinavia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the Manhattan sales plan and for driving sales into the largest retail, wholesale and industry accounts across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
Duties and Responsibilities   Own the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, coordination and management of all resources required to sell, application of corporate sales methodology, decision‑making process, contract negotiation and sales closure.
Drive development and execution of the sales plan, including market development and account sales strategies.
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and counterparts within target businesses.
Develop deep knowledge of potential prospects’ businesses—economic drivers, opportunities and priorities—to articulate Manhattan’s value proposition.
Understand competitor offerings and positioning to differentiate Manhattan’s products and services.
Collaborate closely with solution consultants, professional services and other internal departments to ensure seamless post‑sales implementation and documentation.
Identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities within assigned territory and beyond, when appropriate.
Qualifications   Fluent in Swedish or another Scandinavian language, and in English.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent through business experience.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Omni‑Channel or Transportation Management System (TMS) cloud/SaaS sales.
Experience selling complex Supply Chain solutions in a B2B environment.
