About Sealuxe Sealuxe is the European commercial hub of Avanti Feeds, one of India's leading vertically integrated shrimp producers. From our European headquarters in Utrecht, we supply premium, fully traceable Vannamei and Black Tiger shrimp to retailers, food service operators and distributors across Europe.
As we continue our European expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Europe to accelerate our growth, with an initial focus on the Benelux and Germany.
Your role You will play a key role in expanding Sealuxe's presence across Europe by developing retail business while growing our footprint in food service. Working closely with the European Commercial Leader and our international team in India, you will help establish Sealuxe as a trusted partner for premium shrimp solutions.

Your responsibilities Develop and grow retail accounts across Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium
Build strategic relationships with supermarket chains, buying groups and discounters
Identify and develop new business opportunities within food service
Lead commercial negotiations, retail tenders and quotation processes
Monitor market trends, pricing and competitive developments
Work closely with supply chain and operations to deliver outstanding customer service
Contribute to the execution of Sealuxe's European commercial strategy
What we're looking for Minimum of 2 years' commercial experience in the shrimp industry
Proven success selling to European retail customers
Experience with in food service is an advantage
Strong understanding of international seafood trading and supply chain dynamics
An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English;
German and/or Dutch is a strong advantage
Based in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium and willing to travel regularly across Europe
