Junior Sales Executive - Motorsport Parts

An international automotive performance parts manufacturer is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to support business growth across Europe.

This opportunity is ideal for somebody with a genuine passion for cars and motor sport who wants to develop a career in international B2B sales within the automotive aftermarket industry.

The company supplies performance and aftermarket components to distributors, specialist workshops, performance garages and automotive professionals throughout Europe.

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, workshops and aftermarket customers across Europe
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within designated markets
• Visit customers regularly and provide commercial support
• Promote the company's performance and motor sport product range
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on sales opportunities
• Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Support the implementation of regional sales strategies and growth plans

• Strong passion for automobiles and motor sport
• Hands‑on experience maintaining, modifying or working on vehicles
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Valid driving licence
• Legal right to work within the European Union
• Fluent English

• Previous B2B sales, account management or business development experience
• Experience working with automotive workshops, performance garages or aftermarket distributors
• Knowledge of performance, racing or tuning components
• Participation in motor sport, track day, drifting or automotive enthusiast activities
• Additional European languages would be advantageous
