This role is responsible for driving profitable growthacross key industrial and infrastructure markets within the Benelux region by developing strategic customer partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing commercial growth plans. The position focuses on delivering solutions that support asset integrity, corrosion prevention,protective coatings, insulation efficiency, sealing, and infrastructureprotection. Working closely with asset owners, engineering companies,contractors, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams, the role playsa critical part in expanding market share and partner network,strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable business growth.
What you´ll do
Develop and execute industry-focused business plans to achieve sales,profitability, and growth objectives across the Benelux region.
Drivebusiness development activities across the Energy, Oil & Gas(Upstream,Midstream and Downstream), Petrochemical, Chemical, Water &Wastewater, Infrastructure, Utilities, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
Buildand maintain strong relationships with asset owners, EPCs, consultingengineers, contractors, distributors, and other strategic stakeholders.
Expandingapplicator network.
Promotesolutions for corrosion prevention, asset integrity management, insulationperformance improvement, protective coatings and infrastructureprotection.
Identify,develop, and convert new project opportunities while strengtheningexisting customer relationships and expanding market presence.
Collaborate with Technical Teams, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensuresuccessful project execution.
Conduct regular customer visits, site surveys, business reviews, and marketassessments to understand customer needs and uncover growth opportunities.
Drivespecification activities and support the selection of company solutions inoil and gas,,industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects.
Managecommercial negotiations, quotations, pricing discussions, and contractagreements in line with company objectives and policies.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts, marketintelligence, and business updates through CRM and reporting tools.
Monitormarket trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to supportstrategic decision-making and strengthen competitive positioning.
Deliver technical presentations, customer training sessions, productdemonstrations, and industry seminars to increase customer engagement andmarket awareness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all business activities.
What makes you a good fit
Minimumof 5 years of experience in industrial sales, business development,account management, or project sales.
Experience serving customers within Energy, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical Processing, Water & Wastewater, Marine, Infrastructure, Utilities, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and deliveringsustainable sales growth.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic account planning,opportunity management, and value-based selling.
Abilityto engage effectively with asset owners, EPCs, engineering firms,contractors, distributors, and other key industry stakeholders.
Experience selling technical solutions related to asset integrity, corrosionprotection, coatings, maintenance, reliability, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems, forecasting, andpipeline management.
Self-motivated,entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a regional role.
Fluentin English;
Dutch and/or French would be a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Benelux region.
