- Grow the Sports Medicine business across South Netherlands
- Build relationships with surgeons, surgical staff and hospital stakeholders
- Support current customers and develop new accounts through direct outreach, hospital visits, introductions and follow-up
- Provide clinical product support
- Own a territory plan to grow existing business, develop new accounts and win competitive business
- Prepare for tenders 18 to 24 months before publication
- Align stakeholders, understand decision-making processes, build clinical strategies and demonstrate clinical value
- Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinical champions and reference sites
- Support procedures, workshops and product training after completing required clinical education
- Help shape and execute the annual marketing plan within the territory
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, operations and Stryker colleagues
- Maintain reliable forecasts, account plans and pipeline information
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English
- Valid driving licence
- Relevant sales, business development or customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience developing new accounts or customer relationships preferred
- Healthcare or medical technology experience preferred
- Completion of required clinical education before supporting procedures, workshops and product training
Demonstrates expertise in business development and relationship management within the Sports Medicine sector, with a strong focus on clinical product support and stakeholder alignment. Proficient in executing territory plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and deliver clinical value.
