Vitestro zoekt een Customer Care/Field Service Specialist die ons medisch apparaat veilig en betrouwbaar naar klinieken brengt en daar onderhoudt. Je werkt op het kruispunt van engineering en customer success, installaties en troubleshooting voer je gestructureerd uit en je registreert storingen zodat toekomstige incidenten voorkomen.
In de eerste maanden bouw je zelfstandigheid op het veld op, leer je het systeem volledig kennen en kun je uiteindelijk zelfstandig opereren met minimale steun.
