- Nederlandse Spoorwegen zoekt een adviseur werktuigbouwkundige installaties om dagelijks bij te dragen aan veilige en betrouwbare vastgoedinstallaties. Je voert inspecties uit, plant onderhoud en onderhoudsbudgetten en verwerkt gegevens in het gebouwbeheerssysteem terwijl je samenwerkt met partners en interne stakeholders.
Je houdt toezicht op onderhoud, adviseert bij storingsinstanties en bij (ver) bouwprojecten, en zorgt voor tijdige uitvoering van MJOP-werkzaamheden in de regio noord oost
