About the role:

We're now hiring for 4 on 4 off shifts on a mix of days and nights which attracts an average OTE of £55,000-£60,000
* inclusive of typical overtime and shift premiums.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work with cutting‑edge technology to keep our manufacturing operations running at peak performance. From troubleshooting and problem‑solving to driving continuous improvement, your role will be hands‑on and varied.

You’ll maintain and optimise a wide range of advanced equipment. Some of our machinery is so specialised that your expertise may even be called upon internationally, offering exciting opportunities to travel as part of a global team.

• You have an electrical biasand experience working with live equipment.
• You’ve completed an Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship and hold anHNC qualification(or equivalent experience in a live maintenance environment).
• You’re enthusiastic about learning and excited to work with the latest technology.
• You’re passionate about how things work and how to make them better, this mindset is just as important to us as your qualifications.

• Automated systems and equipment (Shot blasts, paint plants, overhead conveyors, assembly lines)
• Electrical and schematic drawings
• Low voltage fault finding
• CNC boards, wiring, and control panels
• PLC control systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
• PLC data handling and backups
• Safe working with single/three-phase and low voltage (12/24v) systems
• AC/DC motors and inverter control
• Electrical safety circuits and components (power supplies, drives, transformers)
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems and schematics

Ordinarily, our Resourcing Team reviews and shortlists CVs. If shortlisted, you’ll speak to one of our Recruiters to discuss the role further. Our interview process usually consists of an initial team’s interview followed by an in-person interview. We’ll keep in touch throughout the process.
