We are looking for skilled Stick Welders and Fitters to join our growing team!
If you have solid experience in metal fabrication, welding, and fitting work — and take pride in quality craftsmanship — we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform stick welding (SMAW) on various metal structures
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Fit, assemble, and align components before welding
Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Follow all health, safety, and company regulations
Position Requirements
Tech School,
3+ Years
work experience Requirements:
Welders: Proven experience as a Stick Welder
Fitters: Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Strong knowledge of welding materials and techniques
Good communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
