Amistad Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, plan and implement OT interventions to improve ADLs and IADLs, and adapt environments to support independence and safety.
In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you will monitor progress, document care thoroughly, and provide education to residents and families.
