Position OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated, people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted partner to our leaders and employees. You’ll help shape workplace culture, support talent growth, and keep our HR operations running smoothly, all while playing a key role in our hospital’s success.
Key Responsibilities- Partnering with leadership to support workforce strategy and employee engagement
- Handling employee relations with care, professionalism, and fairness
- Supporting recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, promotions, and transfers
- Leading performance management and employee development efforts
- Helping design and deliver training programs
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations
- Managing benefits, FMLA, Workers’ Comp, and ADA processes
- Keeping payroll/timekeeping accurate and HR records up to date
- Tracking HR metrics and assisting leadership with data-driven decisions
- Responding to Texas Workforce Commission claims when needed
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Minimum one year HR experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of employment law and healthcare regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
