Uvalde Memorial Hospital is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations and serve as a helpful point of contact for staff questions on policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist with onboarding, credentialing, and new hire orientation processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support recruitment coordination including posting positions and scheduling interviews
- Process bookkeeping tasks and assist with payroll documentation
- Experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Healthcare environment experience a plus
