Registered Nurse; RN — Uvalde Memorial Hospital

Uvalde Memorial Hospital is hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care across our inpatient and outpatient departments in Uvalde, TX.

Job Summary:
As an RN at Uvalde Memorial Hospital, you will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and clinical staff, and play a key role in the health and recovery of patients in our tight-knit South Texas community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and customer-focused service in hospital and clinic settings
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and carry out treatment plans
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care
• Document patient information accurately in Meditech EHR system
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment, and discharge planning

Requirements:

• BLS/ACLS certification required
• 1+ year acute care experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
