Tri County Home Health is seeking a Home Health - Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/per visit assignments to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and educate patients and families on health practices.
This role requires an active Texas RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and strong communication. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred to reach patients in the community.
