As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents and ensuring that their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and charting patient progress
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
