This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aviation Sales Representative to leverage their expertise in a dynamic market within the general and business aviation sectors. Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within general and business aviation sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Present and promote a wide range of aviation services (maintenance, avionics upgrades, inspections, and modifications).
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and management teams to exceed client expectations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand networks and promote services.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends for strategic planning.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Develop new business opportunities for avionics, aircraft parts, and MRO services
- Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, operators, fleet managers, and aviation professionals
- Conduct outbound sales efforts through phone, email, and virtual communication
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support
- Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
- Maintain consistent communication to build long-term customer relationships
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Competitive base salary of $120K annually, plus commission based on sales performance.
