- Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and preparing a 100% Repair Plan.
- Ensure all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
- Plan work procedure and follow all operations listed on the work order.
- Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic windows, and seat operating equipment to access damaged areas; store parts safely.
- Mend damaged body by hammering, filling dents, or welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits meet industry standards; reassemble after parts are painted.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools (welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.).
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before turning vehicle over to the Paint Dept.
- Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Comply with all Classic Collision standard operating procedures, safety rules, and guidelines.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- 2–3 years of collision repair experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
- Successful completion of background check required.

Employees regularly use hands, talk, and hear; often stand, sit, walk, and occasionally lift objects up to 20 lb.
