• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and preparing a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Plan work procedure and follow all operations listed on the work order.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic windows, and seat operating equipment to access damaged areas; store parts safely.
• Mend damaged body by hammering, filling dents, or welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits meet industry standards; reassemble after parts are painted.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools (welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.).
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before turning vehicle over to the Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Comply with all Classic Collision standard operating procedures, safety rules, and guidelines.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 2–3 years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Employees regularly use hands, talk, and hear; often stand, sit, walk, and occasionally lift objects up to 20 lb.
