Home Serve – Plumbing Engineer, Uxbridge

Directly employed, full‑time 40 hours per week (including weekend, evening, and bank holiday work). Salary £38,800 – £42,950 plus a guaranteed bonus of £3,000 in the first year.

As a Plumbing Engineer you will maintain and repair plumbing systems in customers' homes, delivering industry‑leading service and supporting Home Serve’s growth.

• Perform maintenance and repair work on plumbing systems in domestic homes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support Home Serve’s reputation.

• Level 2 Plumbing certification (certificates required).
• Experience with 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
• Experience working in domestic housing.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Proactive, "can do" attitude.
• Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills.

• Week 1:
  Head Office induction, health & safety briefing, and equipment hand‑over.
• Week 2:
  Buddy system with an experienced Plumbing Engineer.
• Where appropriate, accommodation and meal allowance will be paid during induction.
