Job Summary
Associate Analyst Supply Chain responsible for leading supply chain projects from concept to completion, mentoring team members, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring alignment across planning, logistics, and inventory management.
Responsibilities- Support supply chain planning and purchasing execution processes managed within ERP and advanced planning systems.
- Execute processes to govern and validate supply‑chain relevant data.
- Build KPIs to track impact and develop reporting to aid in planning and purchasing activities.
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities through technology or redesign.
- Enable data‑driven decision making and provide documentation of business requirements to IT teams for system or reporting enhancements.
- Serve as liaison to IT in development of new reporting and system functionality.
Job Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Mathematics or Applied Statistics. - Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Access.
- Basic understanding of SQL or a similar coding language.
- Experience developing reporting in or utilizing advanced Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects, Composite Studio, Micro Strategy, PowerBI, etc.).
- Experience applying standard financial, accounting and business problem‑solving skills to business problems.
Job Requirements
- 1 year experience in supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, or purchasing functions.
- Experience communicating with managers, clients, vendors, senior managers and the general public.
- Demonstrated experience working on improvement or analysis initiatives.
- Licensure/
Certifications:
APICS CPIM or CSCP – Six Sigma Green Belt.
The anticipated salary range for this position: $62,000.00 - $93,000.00 annually. The role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and Employee Assistance Program. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for additional benefits.
