We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Liffey Valley Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff.

• Assist the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
• Manage and improve the day‑to‑day operation in the clinic.
• Ensure all team members deliver a 5‑star service at all times.
• Ensure all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Drive sales and ensure that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
• Support mentoring of team members within the clinic to aid their career development.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• High level of organization and detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to self‑direct when necessary.
• High level customer service skills.
