Quantity Surveyor - West London/ MiddlesexOur client is looking to add to their very experienced commercial team a Quantity Surveyor.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Facades, Curtain Walling or Glazing. This would be a strong advantage however not desired as this role will offer lots of learning and development.
With a turnover of almost £50 million Plus and an exceptional order book for the next 12 months our client will offer the successful candidate exposure to some very high-end bespoke projects.
Responsibilities- Manage with final accounts
- Producing BOQ’s
- Assessing sub-contractor works
- Procurement
- Construction project knowledge (Facades/ Glazing Advantageous)
- Knowledge and understanding of various packages
- Ability to ensure projects are profitable and on parr with budgets
On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits
