What You’ll DoWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-value projects within the aerospace sector. This role offers significant accountability and involvement across the entire project lifecycle—from conception through to delivery and support.
Responsibilities- Delivering large-scale projects with accountability for outcomes.
- Working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating meetings and reviews at on-site and off-site locations.
- Maintaining strong customer interface throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participating in contract negotiations and proposal development.
- Developing project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Liaising with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Identifying risks, delays, and cost overruns; implement mitigation strategies.
- Supporting engineering planning based on client requirements and resource availability.
- Overseeing design, testing, and support activities.
- Guiding and supporting junior team members.
- Traveling within the UK and internationally as required (on an ad hoc basis).

You will have the ability to negotiate and influence effectively, with strong organisational and communication skills, along with:
- A Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Chemical).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering or Manufacturing).
- A proven track record in project management.
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
