** Job Summary
** Associate Analyst Supply Chain is responsible for leading supply chain projects from concept to completion, mentoring team members, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment across planning, logistics, and inventory management.
** Job Description
*** Support supply chain planning and purchasing execution processes managed within ERP and advanced planning systems.
* Execute processes to govern and validate supply chain relevant data. Build KPIs to track their impact.
* Develop reporting to aid in supply chain planning and purchasing execution activities.
* Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities through available technology or process redesign. Enable data-driven decision making.
* Provide documentation of business requirements to IT teams for system and/or reporting enhancements where necessary.
* Serve as a liaison to IT in the development of new reporting and system functionality.
** Minimum

Job Requirements **:  
** Education
* * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Services, Mathematics or Applied Statistics.

** Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
*** Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
* Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Access.
* Basic understanding of SQL or a similar coding language.
* Experience developing reporting in or utilizing advanced Business Intelligence tools to query data – e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, Composite Studio, Micro Strategy, PowerBI, etc.
* Experience applying standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to business problems.

*** 1 year experience in supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, or purchasing functions.
* Experience communicating to groups of managers, clients, customers, vendors, senior managers and the general public.
* Demonstrated experience working on improvement or analysis initiatives.
** Licensure/Certification s

The anticipated salary range for this position:$62,000.00 - $93,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
