Position SnapshotThe Machine Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates production equipment to process printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies in accordance with work instructions, quality standards, and safety/ESD requirements. This role performs routine inspections, completes required documentation, supports equipment changeovers, performs basic machine cleaning and preventive care, and communicates issues to ensure efficient, accurate, and on‑time production.

You enjoy setting up and running equipment, following work instructions and quality standards, performing inspections, and supporting basic machine maintenance to keep production running smoothly and on schedule.
Responsibilities- Set up, adjust, and operate conformal coat, solder wave, SMT, or related equipment per work instructions (process‑specific assignments).
- Verify PCBs are properly prepped/masked before processing; load correct materials and monitor flow.
- Perform in‑process and post‑process inspection of PCBs and coated/soldered assemblies.
- Identify and communicate defects, abnormalities, or process concerns.
- Complete equipment and product changeovers; replenish consumables as required.
- Perform basic machine maintenance including visual inspection, cleaning, filter changes, and simple preventive‑care tasks.
- Maintain accurate production documentation (logs, labels, counts, etc.).
- Follow safety, quality, and ESD procedures at all times.
- Keep work area organized and 5S compliant.
- Support business needs by assisting with projects and other duties as assigned.
- 0‑2 years manufacturing/machine operation experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup/operation.
- Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and communication.
- Willingness to follow safety, quality, and ESD requirements; wear required PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
