Act as team leader/co-ordinator when required, take charge of the ward, and supervise junior staff. Adhere to Health & Safety, Infection Control, COSHH, Risk Management, and Safeguarding policies. Professional &
Education:
Work autonomously in line with the NMC Code. Act as a mentor, preceptor, and role model for students and inexperienced staff. Participate in ward teaching, clinical supervision, and continuous professional development.
