Registered Nurse - Infusion Services

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in infusion, hematology, and oncology settings.

• Delivering direct patient care, evaluating outcomes, and adjusting nursing interventions accordingly
• Managing chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments, ensuring safe handling and administration
• Performing comprehensive assessments, including psychosocial and educational needs
• Monitoring and managing pain, educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating discharge plans
• Demonstrating proficiency in IV therapy, vascular access, and diagnostic procedures
• Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Documenting care accurately in the Electronic Medical Record and participating in ongoing education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Oncology or infusion experience, including IV and phlebotomy skills
• Certification in oncology or chemotherapy/biotherapy
• Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC and phone triage
• Ability to perform complex procedures and manage medication safety
