The post holder is wholly accountable for their clinical practice in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct and local Trust policies. You will strictly adhere to infection prevention and control standards, health and safety regulations, risk management protocols, and the safe custody and administration of medicines. Continuous professional development is strongly encouraged; you will build a personal portfolio, engage in clinical supervision, and complete post-specific competencies to expand your skill set.

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN1/RN12) on the NMC register. You should possess up-to-date knowledge of current professional issues, basic life support skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive and flexible approach to internal shift rotation (including day/night duties and unsocial hours), and a commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centered care are essential for success in this role
