We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards.
What You'll Do- Perform product inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct color verification, aggregate sieve analysis, and other quality control testing.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns in real time.
- Partner with production teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Lead daily quality meetings and communicate prior-day quality performance.
- Support and promote our Quality Management System (QMS) through accurate documentation and process compliance.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Conduct and support 5S workplace audits to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Safely perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Assist with additional quality and operational projects as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing or quality experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to rotate to night shift as business needs require.
- $23.00 per hour
