What You'll Do
  • Perform quality assurance testing and analyse results to ensure products, materials and processes meet defined standards.
  • Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, documentation and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to validation activities for existing and new quality assurance methods.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support change initiatives.
  • Prepare quality documentation, reports and data summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, regulatory expectations and company procedures.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety and patient focus.
Experience
  • Experience working within a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or regulated environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Skills
  • Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Health & Safety awareness.
  • Risk management and problem-solving capability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement.
