Position: Department Manager (Stores)
Big Y - 250 South Main Street - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product;
Supervise all functions in the deli department including ordering, production, decision making, customer and employee engagement, employee development, and fostering an inclusive team atmosphere;
Ensure compliance with laws, company policies and procedures including labor regulations, asset protection, and food safety;
Cross train and learn other areas as needed;
Maintain flexible schedule to meet store needs
