Overview
Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money.
What You’ll Do- Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
- Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
- Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team.
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate.
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license.
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
- Valid driver's license.
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices; periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
This position is a 100% commission-based role, with no soft pack; minimum commissions/flats apply. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000–$150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive a minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to those who qualify.
