The Rental Coordinator is a key contributor to branch success, responsible for supporting rental operations, coordinating customer needs, and driving utilization of fleet equipment.

$21.36 - $28.84 per hour

• Support daily rental operations including order coordination, scheduling, and customer communication.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through phone and in‑person interactions.
• Identify opportunities to grow rentals and support sales efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (yard, drivers, service, sales) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Manage customer account and rental lifecycle; maintain in ERP and CRM systems, contracts, and customer portals.
• Provide solution‑based support to meet customer equipment needs.

• High school diploma or GED, trade certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems (CRM experience a plus).
• Interest in construction, equipment, or industrial environments is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
