Facility Maintenance Service Technician – Distribution Center

Job Summary

McKesson’s temperature controlled automated Distribution Center is hiring a Senior level Facility/Maintenance/Service Technician. The role involves repair experience and knowledge of a broad range of complex facility systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform complex technical tasks are required. The technician must communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Uxbridge, MA, USA – 40 Lackey Dam

Hourly pay: $30-35/hr (depending upon experience). Afternoon shift includes a $1/hr shift differential.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday, 8am‑4:30pm or 1pm‑9:30pm (OT mandatory if required). Shift requirements may change based on business needs.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & forklift use, and climbing up to four story heights in a warehouse environment. May work at heights at times.

• Facility, maintenance or service technician experience.
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of equipment used in a distribution center environment.
• Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.).
• Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments.
• Basic knowledge/exposure to various trades.
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OHSHA.
