In dieser Rolle steuern Sie den gesamten Recruiting Prozess und stellen sicher, dass die Candidate Experience optimal ist. Sie sollten über eine Ausbildung im HR Bereich verfügen und Erfahrung im Active Sourcing sowie in der Nutzung von HR Tools wie Linked In und Success Factors haben.
