Description:

• Drive growth and profitability of the company through supporting the Solar Customer Service Department with service request intake, data entry, job assignments, scheduling, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Must be highly organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English using proper grammar.
• Accounting administration, including but not limited to data entry, invoicing, and seeking labor reimbursement as needed for various manufacturer warranty work completed.
• Investigate, remote troubleshoot, schedule site visits for Solar Service Department-related work orders from various Builders/Service Partners, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Assist as needed with a high volume of customer service inquiries for the Solar Service Department.
• Answer inbound calls and emails as needed from customers in accordance with established service level agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service and document all information in the required tracking system.
• Provide remote troubleshooting assistance to customers and at times work with manufacturers when advanced troubleshooting is required.
• Coordinate scheduling site visits and reviewing post-visit results from field service technicians.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/ maintain working relationships with customers, peers, and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous solar or renewable energy experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• High urgency, high energy, positive, enthusiastic, and self-driven.
• Collaborative style with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Competency in Sage CRM preferred.
• Srong administrative and time management skills.
