Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize utility systems including WFI, WRO, clean steam, water systems, compressed air, gases, and wastewater
- Troubleshoot utility/process issues and support uninterrupted manufacturing operations
- Lead engineering projects from design through commissioning and validation
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation (P&IDs, URS, FAT/SAT, IQ, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, CAPAs, and GMP compliance
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Global Engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–8+ years of experience in utility or process engineering (pharmaceutical/GMP environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, engineering design, FDA/cGMP requirements, and validation processes
