Personal Banker, Bilingual Spanish

• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations
• Understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and solutions
• Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and making appropriate referrals
• Support new account openings, service requests, and credit applications
• Perform cash handling and teller line activities
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and operational standards
• Use and adopt digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience
• Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls
• Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and specialists
• Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities
• Support ongoing account services and branch operations

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
• Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays
• Must take and pass required language assessment
• SAFE registration required at the time of employment
• Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
• Must comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background

• Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role
• Experience building trust-based customer relationships
• Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels
• Comfort with digital tools and technology
• Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners
• Ability to follow policies and regulations and elevate risk concerns
