DescriptionThe Assembler/production worker is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces while adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. They verify the correct quantities of component parts and quality checking completed items and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound, high-quality custom aluminum windows and doors. - Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists.
- Gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials to complete assigned task.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
- Verifies specifications by measuring components.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including wearing department specific personal protection equipment.
- Properly and safely operate machinery and hand tools.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task to accomplish production results.
- Ability to perform work thoroughly and accurately

This job operates in a warehouse/production environment; loud machine noises from production machinery, and exposure to hot/cold temperatures depending on season.

Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCEEducation:
High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be able to pass basic assessment
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous production experience in assembly or experience working with hand tools
